/Web3 Data Engineer / Analyst

We're looking for full-time experienced Data Engineer/Analyst that could strengthen our team with his / her experience and curiosity towards blockchain 🔥 Your job will be to analyze and design metrics of web3 projects, as well as come up with ideas of new data structures 📈
Our work split:
🔬 30% R&D: Coming up with new solutions and ideas; Creating PoC / MVP; Testing.
🎨 30% Architecture Design: Developing previously tested ideas into real architecture.
💻 40% Execution: Coding the solutions and debugging them.
Responsibilities
- Work on a top-class solution for automated data analysis of tokens & smart contracts
- Implement new web3 metrics that are going to be used by B2B clients from day one
- Dig deep into huge amounts of on-chain data to come up with ideas for useful metrics and data-driven solutions
- Research, design, develop, and test off and on-chain technologies
- Spec, implement and test crypto protocols
- Deliver the architecture in production on cloud computing platforms
- Interact with other team members to develop consensual software design
- Stay on top of blockchain and crypto projects and technologies
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in data engineering
- At least 1+ years of experience in blockchain
- Experience with: Python, SQL, Looker, Airflow, DBT, EVM, Substrate
- Hands-on experience in developing SaaS products is a plus
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
Nice to have
- Experience with different blockchain VMs (EVM, Substrate, others)
- Knowledge on DeFi, smart contracts, dApps
- Experience in a top-level blockchain projects
- Experience with creating dashboards in Business Intelligence Tools
