We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager, interested in Web3 and blockchain technology, to join our team and drive enterprise sales for our social network platform that incorporates smart contract-based agreements. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to generate revenue and expand our customer base. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate collaboration in venture-building processes such as hackathons.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify potential customers and create a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate and close deals with prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Work with product development teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the platform and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and tactics.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience as a sales manager, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of smart contract-based agreements and blockchain technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
